Journey Studio

A studio pace for maps that stay usable.

Our custom process for turning event trails into journey artifacts your team can staff, measure, and refresh.

Four studio moves

  1. Listen to the trail

We inventory events, funnels, and qualitative notes that already exist. Gaps are named early so the map does not invent certainty.

  2. Name stages together

In workshop or working session, we agree stage names, entry rules, and who owns each moment—before drawing every branch.

  3. Rank friction with owners

Drop-offs get context sentences and owners. Percentages alone do not leave the room.

  4. Leave a living artifact

You receive a map, a scorecard outline when useful, and a refresh cadence so the document does not freeze after launch day.

What you can request from the studio

Most teams begin with a Journey Mapping Workshop, then add an audit or scorecard when instrumentation or reporting needs catch up. Retainers keep language shared after features ship.
